What do you like best about Chablyy?

Chablyy makes it incredibly easy to manage all my Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp messages in one place. The unified inbox is clean, fast, and intuitive. I love how the AI replies feel natural and help me respond instantly without sounding robotic. Follow-up reminders are also a game changer — I no longer lose leads just because I forgot to reply. What do you dislike about Chablyy?

I wish there were more integrations with third-party tools, especially CRM platforms. The mobile version works well, but having a dedicated mobile app in the future would make it even more convenient. Other than that, the core experience has been solid. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Chablyy solving and how is that benefiting you?

Chablyy solves the biggest issue I had with managing clients on social media — missed messages and slow replies. Before using it, my DMs were scattered across Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp, and I often lost potential clients because I couldn’t keep track. Chablyy brings everything into one inbox, helps me respond faster with AI assistance, and reminds me to follow up so I don’t lose leads.
