What do you like best about Cflow?

What I like best about Cflow is its focus on structuring business processes into clear, manageable workflows. The ability to organize approval stages, define responsibilities, and manage information through a centralized workflow makes it useful for handling processes such as supplier onboarding and integration management. What do you dislike about Cflow?

One area that could be improved is the workflow configuration experience. Setting up custom stages, form sections, and fields can be less intuitive than expected, particularly when starting with a blank workflow. The AI workflow assistant also seems limited when asked to create more detailed workflows from scratch, sometimes reporting that the required structure does not exist instead of helping build it. What problems is Cflow solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am exploring Cflow to address the challenges of managing supplier onboarding, approval processes, and cross-functional coordination. These processes often involve multiple stakeholders, technical evaluations, documentation, and approval steps that can become difficult to track manually. Cflow offers a way to structure these activities into organized workflows, assign responsibilities, and maintain visibility into process progress. This could help reduce manual follow-ups and make supplier integration management more consistent.
