What do you like best about Cflow?

Cflow does a great job of streamlining our routine IT approval workflows and contractor onboarding processes. The visual builder makes it straightforward to map out complex routing for access requests and system provisioning without needing to write custom scripts. It handles the manual tracking efficiently and ensures we have a clear, auditable trail for identity and access management approvals, saving the engineering team a lot of administrative time. What do you dislike about Cflow?

While the workflow builder is excellent for standard processes, integrating it with more complex legacy on-premises systems or advanced custom APIs can sometimes feel a bit rigid. What problems is Cflow solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Cflow, managing contractor lifecycle onboarding and IT access requests often meant chasing down manual email approvals, which created administrative bottlenecks. Cflow solves this by standardizing our Identity and Access Management (IAM) workflows into automated, highly trackable processes. The primary benefit is that it drastically reduces the manual overhead for the engineering team while ensuring a strict, easily auditable trail for all system provisioning and access grants.
