We used Cflow to automate our student admission process. What I liked the best about it was the no code workflow builder combined with the inside built AI document processing. I built a workflow called 'Admission Application Approvals.' Instead of manually reading through hundreds of student applications and emailing them between departments, I did set up Cflow to automatically extract key data from uploaded transcripts and route the application based on the student's chosen major. The initial learning curve for the more advanced AI features, like Seyarc AI, was a bit hard and sharp. Setting up the exact business rules for auto approval took some time and trial and error. Also, while the built-in OCR is good, it struggled slightly with scanned PDFs where the formatting was inconsistent or handwritten. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
