What do you like best about CertifID?

Fraud detection, very user friendly program all you need to do is upload your payoffs into the system and open an account number for the the file and it populates all the information into the file. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CertifID?

it is very hard to contact the client and have them respond to the text messages and emails and they do not seem to recognie them when contacted and we need to contact the client to give them a heads up to respond Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CertifID solving and how is that benefiting you?

Fraud Detection for payoffs and clients. We had a fraud situation with a payoff which was send to us my the mortgage company before using certified ID. and the payoff was send by the lender by fax and it was intercepted by scammers and Changed the payof information Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
