What do you like best about Certent?

The website is very user friendly and the reports are helpful. Also, our CSM, Tina Carlson, is fabulous. She is extremely knowledgeable and is always able to resolve any issues or provide guidance when requested. She is also very responsive so no long wait times. What do you dislike about Certent?

The only thing I can think of is that I would like to see us get the ability to assign tax withholding rates to individuals that will be applied to all of their transactions without having to submit a template each time there is a transaction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
