"CertCrowd Made Our Triple ISO Audit Prep Fast, Centralised, and Clear"

What do you like best about CertCrowd?

CertCrowd has basically become our one-stop-shop for the whole IMS. Our Risk Register, Legal Register, Aspects & Impacts, Chemical Register, Objectives & Targets, incident investigations — it's all in one place now instead of scattered across spreadsheets.

That's made getting ready for our triple ISO audit so much easier. We can pull reports in a few clicks instead of hunting down documents, and management actually has real-time visibility on where we're at, rather than finding out about gaps at audit time.

It's also flexible enough that we've been able to shape it to how a civil/rail contractor like us actually works, not just a generic template. And the support team's been genuinely helpful whenever we've needed a hand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CertCrowd?

Nothing major. The learning curve can be a bit steep for new users getting across all the modules and registers — it took a bit of time for the team to get fully comfortable navigating everything. Reporting is generally good, but can sometimes be a little confusing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CertCrowd solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before CertCrowd, our compliance info was spread across spreadsheets, folders and a few different systems. CertCrowd's pulled all of that into one place — registers, risk assessments, incident tracking, objectives — so we're not chasing information from five different spots anymore.

It's also helped us properly retire our old WHS platform and move incident and hazard reporting into one consistent process. That's made investigations easier to track and given our OHS Manager much better oversight. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
