What do you like best about Certainty Software?

I really like the robust user management administration controls, which are great for my engineering team. The seamless web-based flexibility of the cloud platform is also impressive. Having direct structural support for field self-reporting is a big plus, as it allows us to safely delegate data collection tasks to regional personnel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Certainty Software?

My single biggest frustration happens when shifting between different application pages or moving through dense question sets because the software completely lacks an automatic background save function. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
