Our previous system was outdated, every clinic/inpatient would write a note into the system as a way of documentation.

Now, we can easily view notes/patient info by filtering certain criteria. Also, certain patient info is documented into certain “forms” that make everything uniform and easy to retrieve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
