What do you like best about Centrix?

I like that it is so thorough and that you will not have to type original content to find your dispute. It is very thorough and it shows you the many different scenarios or options that are likely to be what you are working with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Centrix?

I think it can be a little intimidating or overwhelming for a new user at first. It really depends on what you are tracking because some are easier than others, but it’s easy to get overwhelmed by the sheer amount of content presented. In the bank we had about 40 choices to work with when using this software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Centrix solving and how is that benefiting you?

We mainly solved disputes for clients that involved the ACH activity or positive pay or suspicious deposits, etc. it’s useful to see that there are a lot of bases covered and it’s useful for training and knowledge building. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
