Easy to use, lots of helpful documentation. Fast response when contacted. Easy to deal with staff.

**What do you dislike about CentricMinds?**

Editor could be a bit more user-friendly, initial setup quite complicated. Other than that, not much comes to mind.

**Recommendations to others considering CentricMinds:**

Centric Minds can do an "All-In-One" system which includes design and implementation, or they can work with your templates. They are exceedingly good with implementing custom plug-ins and apps. The editor provides a lot of functional customisation, with current social media and mapping functions included. It takes us about 2 hours to train someone in the use of the system, so is fast and easy. The team is always happy to meet and discuss things with the client and are very approachable.

**What problems is CentricMinds solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We work in emergency services and have been using Centric Minds for at least 8 years. They are aware of our status and have always assisted in a prompt and timely manner when required, not to mention fixing unusual issues that might not be standard with other clients. Highly recommended.

I didn't realise at first that they had a great resources library with guides and step by step processes. This is super helpful to look at before submitting a ticket.

**What do you dislike about CentricMinds?**

Would be great to know the response times that apply to each of the categories for the tickets, eg low, medium, high and urgent, and also what issues constitute what category.

**What problems is CentricMinds solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Generally trickier problems that we can't figure out ourselves or issues that need more advanced technical assistance. Sometimes it's just questions of how different functions work or can existing functions be improved for a better user experience.

User interface for back-end intranet can sometimes be confusing. This has improved over time with updates.

We needed a platform to communicate with our branch network that operate in a myriad of different structures and formats. Our intranet provided just that - one place to connect everyone and have a centralised, unified approach and product

**What do you like best about CentricMinds?**

The ability to administer content across 100+ sites at the same time and the ability to have dynamic updating content and document listings based on element tagging within the backend. The local support team are extremely knowledgeable of the platform and think about the overall user experience when looking at a project. They while autonomous do consider the whole picture and how changes and updates will impact the overall project, not just the task at hand.

**What do you dislike about CentricMinds?**

If you're not familiar with the way the site is administered or have custom elements that have been built into the solution, it can take a little bit to get your head around how things work, and the various connections between the metadata that sits behind the individual components that make up a page and the overall system.

**What problems is CentricMinds solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Multi-site authoring and permissions, as well as digital asset management with 200+ users. 
Pulling content into pages through dynamic keyword and metadata association allows for adding and removing content on a schedule which is beneficial from a marketing perspective where campaigns go live during non-standard working hours. Similarly, digital asset management allows for content to be shown based on permissions for different users as well as being able to schedule the removal of assets when needed.

The support to keep the whole Content Management System Platform up to date from both a security and functional perspective.

**What do you dislike about CentricMinds?**

Every system has it's own nuances and you just need to work with the differences rather than against them to integrate with other systems.

We run multiple high volume websites on the CentricMinds platform that help keep the South Australian Community safe with up-to-date and accurate information.

The ability to sign up and start the solution within a few minutes. The publishing of content is straight forward. The document management tools are very powerful.

**What do you dislike about CentricMinds?**

The complexity of some of the controls - you can achieve a lot. But some require planning to use properly. The support from the company is generally good, but some follow up has been required.

Internal communications for our team and document management which supports integration with Google Drive.

**What do you like best about CentricMinds?**

Knowledgeable and supportive staff that take the time to check in and make sure everything is on track.
Dedicated project manager and an easy to use ticket raising system and process. 
Intense training that was effective with skilled trainers who catered to the needs of differing levels of understanding.

**What do you dislike about CentricMinds?**

I really didn't have any issues with CM - if I had to say anything it would be that it was tricky booking in training times as they were for 2 full days and these should probably be requested and planned for at the project inception.

**Recommendations to others considering CentricMinds:**

Centric Minds have a great product and an "Out of the Box" approach, so we weren't faced with too much choice when we needed to decide what worked for us. The system is easy to use and the support team are quick to fix things and explain how you can do it yourself next time.
Our business is going through an IT transformation and our staff needed something simple to use that they could interact with on a daily basis. We didn't want to overwhelm them with "another system to learn".  It worked well for our staff as there are varying degrees of IT capability and understanding and the CM platform is clean and easy to follow, as well as accessible for our vision impaired staff.

Building and implementing an Intranet. 
One main benefit is the ability for our staff to be trained directly by CM staff which is empowering as we can now fully own our Intranet.

**What do you like best about CentricMinds?**

The Active Directory, Office 365 and SharePoint integration all work well and allowed us to quickly populate the new Intranet. The CentricMinds Drive is quite powerful with versioning and tagging. The people we dealt with were friendly and had a lot of knowledge about the product.

**What do you dislike about CentricMinds?**

Some of the web content authoring tasks have too many steps, so it can become overwhelming. But if you stick with it you can achieve pretty much any type of content presentation need. The documentation is very comprehensive, but requires some updating/changes to show new functionality.

**Recommendations to others considering CentricMinds:**

Ensure your requirements are clear. They asked us to provide user stories and we did, and the 2nd demo was amazing compared to the first demo.

**What problems is CentricMinds solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our client required a new Intranet platform that could support publishing to and from Office and share content with SharePoint. The problems we solved using the Centricminds platform were mostly personalization of documents, search and HR forms.

The software meets our organisations current needs and there is support staff available when required.

Some job requests at times seem to drop off the radar and require reminders, but in most case are attended to in a timely manner.

Ease of use for staff to find key information to undertake their role. Currently looking at improving searching for a particular field of documents and possibly moving to a new template to refresh site and user experience.

We helped implement the CentricMinds platform to solve a document and workflow requirement. It solved this quite well, the tools are flexible and it can handle complex tasks around document versioning and search.

**What do you dislike about CentricMinds?**

It solved a lot of the challenges so nothing really to dislike about the platform.

Primarily staff publish documents on the Intranet, and then managing document workflows to users inside and outside the company for approval.

The document management tools are easy to use (drag and drop) and you can add tags to docs as well. The responsive templates enable use on phone and tablets, but there is also a native app provided.

**What do you dislike about CentricMinds?**

Nothing really in particular. There could be more template options to choose from.

Team collaboration and sharing documents securely.

**What do you like best about CentricMinds?**

Very easy to use as an intranet and comms portal, the support from the CentricMinds team is very impressive and pleasing.   Our customer has moved from SharePoint 2010 Foundation and has requested many changes over the last 12 months and CentricMinds have been able to meet their needs.

All good, no dislikes, customer is pleased.

The team at CM work really hard to get the best outcome for our client and have managed to deliver many requested customisation to meet the customers growing needs.   They are a great company to partner with and their product is very easy to use. 

**What problems is CentricMinds solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our customer is using CentricMinds as their primary intranet and comms tool.
One of the main drivers for change was mobility support as our client has a large and varied workforce that is not always in front of a computer and delivering communications to all users has helped with employee engagement.

**What do you like best about CentricMinds?**

CentricMInd's excellent client service, thoroughness in explanation and commitment to superior client satisfaction. When there were connectivity issues, despite the problem being generated within our company, the CentricMinds team worked effortlessly to identify the root cause in order to assist our IT team in fixing the problem. The CEO and the CTO of CentricMinds have been excellent business partners. 

The system is intuitive, highly customizable and I know that it is a platform that will continue to grow with the company, meeting diverse needs as the complexity of our business grows. 

**What do you dislike about CentricMinds?**

The only dislike is around the flexibility of the text field...for example, using different bullet points, or creating excel like diagrams within a text field can be difficult. 

**What problems is CentricMinds solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use the CentricMInds intranet for:  
- Employee directory 
- Communication of important announcements and reminders
- Hosting important forms that are a critical part of our business operations (ex. onboarding new third-parties) 
- Defining roles and responsibilities of departments 
- Storing key policies, procedures, and forms

Centric Minds is a company with some very talented people and that shows in their product. It also shows in the level of support and customization our company gets from them. The software is easy to use but has all the benefits of being a high-end tech product. The team is very helpful and they want to empower you to take control of the product. 

**What do you dislike about CentricMinds?**

As a company based in the US, it's difficult to work with a company whose support team is in Australia. It makes same-day problem solving impossible. 

**What problems is CentricMinds solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Broken internal communication, segmented departments, and slow-to-change company culture. We are using the software as an intranet platform and it has helped with those issues and more.

**What do you like best about CentricMinds?**

Document management, office plugin, customization, support team.  We have the ability to customize and create almost any tool or database with a great deal of intelligence.  The support team and knowledge base are reliable and thorough.  Most questions I have had about the product are answered by the knowledge base, others are a fast response from the team.  I am able to customize and modify the product to suit any ongoing need we have and have done so since deployment.

**What do you dislike about CentricMinds?**

Any issue I have had with CentricMinds has been resolved in a very brief period after contacting the support department.

**Recommendations to others considering CentricMinds:**

Talk to the Team.  They will take the time and make sure you have what you need in CentricMinds.  For us, they demonstrated the product twice, once for the administrators and once for the initial team of users.  On both occasions the team were thorough and nothing short of impressive.  They were open to questions and were flexible with the demonstration.  The result was a team that knew the high expectations they had for CentricMinds would be met.  Anything other than the OOBE experience with CentricMinds may require development from the team, I highly suggest this path as they will meet your expectations.

The product is flexible and easy to use, Centric's developers do all they can to understand our business needs with enhancements and customisation.  The infrastructure is easy to maintain and logical, holding up under extreme user loads.

Support team are great to deal with, but possibly under-resourced.

**Recommendations to others considering CentricMinds:**

The Centric Minds team are a delight to work with - technical knowledge and solutions are second to none. As a CMS the product out-performs many high-cost systems and is totally flexible.

**What problems is CentricMinds solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CentricMinds supports SA Emergency Services with 8 websites - comprising 4500 pages and 12500 files - all in one implementation making technical management easy and quick.  Excellent user and permissions management makes sharing content across sites easier than any system I've used previously. Workflow ensures up-to-date and accurate content.  The system is easily customisable and the feature set matches much higher priced systems.
