In the beginning, it takes a lot of time to get used to the software and start using it regularly. **What problems is Fraxion Spend Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** The major part it is solving is the uncontrolled spending of the company and inefficient purchasing which can cause a huge loss to the company when done on a larger scale. It benefits me as I was a part of the company during my internship program for 3 months, there i learn much about this software as my company uses it frequently and it benefits my company the most by reducing the paperwork. ### 2. The search button on the home screen is extremely helpful as you can search by order number, invoice number etc. You can see full approval flow & history on all entries. **What do you dislike about Fraxion Spend Management?** The reporting options or available reports have been updated/upgraded in the last few product updates. We would like to see more report options **What problems is Fraxion Spend Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** All items need to be fully approved on Fraxion in order for the purchase order to be generated. We will only make payment if there is a PO for the relevant supplier invoice. This has reduced the amount of unauthorised spend in the business. ### 7. As the IT professional, I was responsible for the rollout to our company. The interface makes no sense with not a shred of intuitive UI design to it. **What do you dislike about Fraxion Spend Management?** The user interface and workflow is terrible. **What problems is Fraxion Spend Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** In theory, this is supposed to be an easy way for the entire organization to manage procurement. In practice, due to terrible user interface and flow design, it hurt our company. IT had to issue pages upon pages of user guides, which the end users would tape all over their offices and cubicle simply to add requests. Approvers had to do the same thing. This is because the workflows and user interface are so bad. The finance department spent way too much of their time trying to fix things. Eventually, we had to pull back the deployment and hire a new person on the finance team to put in all the requests -- which was precisely what the salespeople told us we would not need to do. ### 8. I wish you could use filters once you bring up your information to see exactly what you want to see. **What problems is Fraxion Spend Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is helping me view my client invoices when OSi is not saving them correctly.
