What do you like best about Centiment?

I use Centiment mainly for creating surveys, collecting customer feedback, and running market research campaigns. The platform has a clean and simple UI that makes survey creation and response tracking very easy to manage. I like how quickly I can target specific audiences and gather insights without needing complicated setup steps. Its analytics and reporting features help me understand customer opinions and trends more efficiently. What I like most about Centiment is how easy it makes the entire survey and market research process from start to finish. The UI is clean, beginner-friendly, and doesn’t require much time to learn or set up campaigns. I also like the audience targeting and fast response collection, which helps speed up research projects significantly. The analytics dashboard is simple to understand and makes it easier to turn survey data into actionable insights. The initial setup of Centiment was very easy. What do you dislike about Centiment?

One area where Centiment could improve is offering more advanced customization options for survey design and branding. Some reporting and analytics features can feel limited for deeper research requirements. I also think the pricing may become expensive for smaller teams or businesses running frequent large-scale surveys.
