It is still strongly Europe-centric, and needs to adopt more to truly become global in terms of opportunities Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering CEMS:

If you can, go for it. It may not have high short-term benefits in India, but the long-term advantages are really good Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CEMS solving and how is that benefiting you?

It has helped me build a global network. In addition, it has helped me understand multi-cultural perspectives, and develop myself personally and professionally Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
