What do you like best about Cell Tower AI?

I like that Cell Tower AI gave me access to rent data that was once hidden from landowners. We have had a cell tower on our commercial property and never knew if our rent was fair. We were able to plug in our zip code under the "rent index" feature and discovered that we were underpaid by over 100% compared to market data!
