"Powerful ATS with integration features"

5/5

What do you like best about Ceipal ATS?

UI / UX:

The platform offers a user-friendly and intuitive dashboard that centralizes every stage of recruitment—from sourcing to onboarding. While some users find the interface a bit cluttered due to the high volume of features, its 360° approach means I rarely have to leave the system to find what I need. It provides clear BI reports and visual pie charts that allow me to track my submissions, interviews, and placements in a virtual way.

Integrations:

Ceipal’s greatest technical strength is its extensive integration marketplace. It connects seamlessly with over 200+ platforms, including major job boards like LinkedIn, Monster, Dice, and CareerBuilder, as well as VMS systems and social sourcing channels. This significantly reduces manual data entry and allows for managed resume harvesting across multiple job portals simultaneously.

Performance:

As a recruiter, I rely on its Boolean search capability and automated resume parsing to handle niche roles effectively. While the system can occasionally experience lag during peak usage or when handling massive datasets, it remains a dependable tool for high-volume staffing environments.

Pricing / ROI:

The platform provides excellent value, especially for small-to-midmarket agencies, with starting prices around $24/user/month. The ROI is measurable: Ceipal claims to replace 4–6 separate tools, potentially reducing technology spend by up to 75% while increasing candidate visibility fourfold.

Support / Onboarding:

The onboarding process is notably smooth, with strong vendor support during the initial implementation phase. Ceipal consistently receives high marks (around 92-93% satisfaction) for its quality of support and ease of doing business, which is critical when training new team members.

AI / Intelligence:

The AI-driven candidate matching engine is a game-changer. It automatically ranks candidates based on skills, experience, and relevance, cutting down manual screening time. Additionally, the AI-powered people analytics provide personality assessments and "cultural fit" gauging, making the hiring process smarter and more data-driven Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ceipal ATS?

UI / UX (Learning Curve & Clutter):

The interface is frequently described as cluttered and overwhelming for new users.

Simple tasks sometimes require multiple unnecessary clicks, and navigation to different sections can feel unintuitive compared to competitors like JobDiva.

Performance (Lag & Technical Glitches):

Users report frustratingly slow performance and lag, especially during peak hours or when processing high data volumes (such as loading candidate profiles or bulk resume imports).

Technical issues include frequent automatic log-offs and users being deactivated without warning, requiring administrative intervention to reactivate them.

AI / Intelligence (Resume Parsing & Matching Errors):

While the AI matching is a highlight, resume parsing can be inconsistent, often misclassifying fields and requiring manual corrections to ensure profile accuracy.

The system sometimes struggles with duplicate candidate prevention, failing to stop existing candidates from being added as new entries.

Pricing / ROI (Transparency & Modules):

Ceipal uses quote-based pricing rather than transparent public per-seat costs, which can complicate budgeting for procurement teams.

While the base ROI is high, costs can increase significantly as you add necessary advanced modules for deeper functionality.

Support / Onboarding (Response Time):

Although initial onboarding is smooth, some users have noted delayed response times from customer support once a formal complaint is registered.

Integrations & Reporting:

The standard home page dashboards only fetch data for the last three months; viewing older historical data requires navigating to a separate BI module, which is less productive.

The mobile app lacks many features found in the desktop version, which can limit the effectiveness of recruiters who need to work on the go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ceipal ATS solving and how is that benefiting you?

AI & Intelligence (Solving: Manual Screening & Fitment Bias)

Problem: Sifting through thousands of resumes to find niche technical skills is time-consuming and often results in missed top-tier talent.

Benefit: Ceipal’s AI-driven matching and ranking engine automatically identifies and shortlists candidates based on specific skills, tenure, and work experience. This allows you to focus on the most viable contenders immediately, achieving up to a 94% placement rate.

2. Integrations (Solving: Sourcing Frustration)

Problem: Navigating multiple job boards and VMS portals to harvest resumes causes significant productivity loss.

Benefit: With over 200+ integrations (including LinkedIn, Dice, and Monster), you can simultaneously search across all platforms from within one dashboard. This one-click "Managed Resume Harvesting" can grow your talent pool by over 70%.

3. Performance & Workflow (Solving: High Time-to-Fill)

Problem: Manual recruitment workflows are often unorganized, making it difficult to track applicant statuses like interviews or rejections.

Benefit: Automated workflows, including one-click job postings and interview scheduling, can reduce your time-to-fill by 50%. The system tracks every stage of the talent lifecycle, from submission to onboarding, in a single consolidated module.

4. Pricing & ROI (Solving: Fragmented Tech Spend)

Problem: Using multiple tools for CRM, ATS, and onboarding is expensive and hard to manage.

Benefit: Ceipal allows you to replace 4–6 separate tools with one platform, leading to a 75% reduction in overall technology spend. This cost-efficiency is a major driver for mid-market and enterprise staffing firms.

5. UI/UX (Solving: Data Visibility & Insight)

Problem: Recruiters often lack clear visibility into their hiring pipeline and team performance.

Benefit: The 360° user-friendly dashboard provides real-time BI reports and visual pie charts. This enhanced visibility helps you track candidate statuses effortlessly and understand which sourcing channels are yielding the best results.

6. Support & Onboarding (Solving: Hiring Lag & Risk)

Problem: Paper-heavy and unorganized onboarding is prone to compliance risks and can cause high new-hire turnover.

Benefit: Ceipal’s paperless eBoarding portal guides new hires through every step digitally, ensuring data security and SOC 2 compliance. For recruiters, this means faster onboarding and a smoother transition from placement to active duty. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
