What do you like best about CCH Intelliconnect?

I really like the citator and the document tray. Additionally, it is really easy to copy links to tax code, etc. so I can send the links to superiors for their review when I make taxability decisions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CCH Intelliconnect?

It took me a few months to become comfortable with using CCH. There is definitely a learning curve, but once you get used to it, you want to use it more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering CCH Intelliconnect:

Don't give up on CCH. The research software is much easier to use the more you use it and get used to it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CCH Intelliconnect solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have been able to find taxability decisions state by state for various kinds of purchases easily and quickly. This cuts down on my research time and allows me to spend more time doing more important things such as analysis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
