What do you like best about CCC ONE?

CCC One Total Repair Platform has made it so much easier to review damage photos and fully understand estimates. It is a great point of reference, both for personal understanding as well when needing to explain the full extent of damages to other parties. It is an extremely useful platform and excellent for documentation and reference purposes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CCC ONE?

I have no complaints, but I would suggest adding an option to request additional photos and other items through a form of sorts. I feel like it would significantly improve the platform and widen it's scope. Other than that, I love it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CCC ONE solving and how is that benefiting you?

The platform makes it so much easier to assess damages and access photos for comprehensive review. It makes sure ha he user has everything they need in an easy-to-access layout so that the best, most accurate review can be performed.
