It lets us receive assignments from DRP partners and open shop assignments from Non-DRP insurance companies. It lets us text and email customers throughout repairs. It has a production board for us to monitor repairs with customizable phases. We track parts with the purchase orders and invoicing dashboard. It really controls our entire flow **What do you dislike about CCC ONE?** The biggest would be the price, it is a huge bill each month. Second would be that CCC is very strict on who they allow access to for data sharing. Our CEO is from the software world and has a lot of knowledge on creating in house apps to streamline business. This would be a lot easier if he could secure share from CCC instead of relying on report exports. Some of the reporting in CCC is limited and doesn't offer exactly what we want (ie we create our own reports by extracting data from CCC to see which insurance we make or lose the most money on OEM parts, or paint materials, etc) **What problems is CCC ONE solving and how is that benefiting you?** CCC makes our insurance partners happy since they are the largest estimating platform. And it gives us a way to track the day to day business so we don't have to manually key everything in to QuickBooks, it exports everything over for us. ### 2. It also is convenient because you can update customers right through the program, through text or email. You can also download estimates directly from insurance companies. **What do you dislike about CCC ONE?** The downsides of CCC in my opinion is that if you work with fleet, you cannot make a profile for them so anytime you schedule their vehicles in you have to retype all of the same information. I hope they solve this asap. **What problems is CCC ONE solving and how is that benefiting you?** CCC is very helpful at solving scheduling problems. It has a great calendar feature to book each customer into the system on the day that they are scheduled, and you input all of their information then so you do not have to go back. ### 3. I like that the system separates and calculates taxable and nontaxable items. I have used Mitchell and for the cost difference, I would definitely use CCC instead. **What do you dislike about CCC ONE?** Not very helpful with brand new cars. Needs more information on current model years like 2021 or 2022. It would be nice to have 3D images where possible on parts. **Recommendations to others considering CCC ONE:** When you email your estimates make sure the recipient knows that it shows up as Web-Est in their inbox, not your email name. **What problems is CCC ONE solving and how is that benefiting you?** It satisfies insurance estimate requirements! We don't underprice jobs saving us hundreds if not thousands of dollars on a job. It definitely beats the handwritten estimates for quality and accuracy. ### 5. It's so simple and easy to pull up customers from 3+ years ago, then redo estimates when they come in for work. **What do you dislike about CCC ONE?** I dislike how slow it can be at times. It often takes 15 minutes to open and then another 20 to lock and upload a file. **What problems is CCC ONE solving and how is that benefiting you?** Customer communication integration is impressive. With just a click, I can send a timely update to the customer about their car status or get in touch with the adjuster if need be. ### 7. The software automatically loads crash data based on the vehicles VIN and allows the user to quickly (almost instantly) obtain total loss valuations for total loss purposes. The estimating portion of the software is easy to use and allows even complex estimates to be completed quickly and accurately. They also boast excellent customer support. **What do you dislike about CCC ONE?** Although the platform itself is wonderful, there are times where the system goes down. With the system down, almost no functions can be used and you simply have to wait for IT to solve the problem before you can proceed with any work. **Recommendations to others considering CCC ONE:** This is a solid software that is used by much of the insurance and automotive repair industry. The CCC ONE software allows for quick and accurate estimates that are easily accepted by repair facilities. The customer service is knowledgeable and efficient. **What problems is CCC ONE solving and how is that benefiting you?** The CCC ONE software allows adjusters to quickly and accurate assess a vehicles damages, as the platform provides part prices for both new and LKQ parts, easily identifiable photographs and diagrams, and a simple to read estimate format. This has increased the productivity of adjusters as they are able to complete a higher level of estimates while increasing their accuracy. ### 8. It is a great point of reference, both for personal understanding as well when needing to explain the full extent of damages to other parties. It is an extremely useful platform and excellent for documentation and reference purposes. **What do you dislike about CCC ONE?** I have no complaints, but I would suggest adding an option to request additional photos and other items through a form of sorts. I feel like it would significantly improve the platform and widen it's scope. Other than that, I love it. **What problems is CCC ONE solving and how is that benefiting you?** The platform makes it so much easier to assess damages and access photos for comprehensive review. It makes sure ha he user has everything they need in an easy-to-access layout so that the best, most accurate review can be performed. Next to an in person review, this is the best option for this purpose. ### 9. CCC is by far the best in the industry! **What problems is CCC ONE solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have no issues with our software. It is simple to use. Customer support is amazing! If there is ever an issue customer support is fast you never have to wait on hold or for a call back.
