What do you like best about CB Insights?

I absolutely LOVE the intelligence that it bring to me around my clients as well as my competitors. As well as the personalized summary I receive daily. I use CB Insights daily. As well, it is super easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CB Insights?

I would say that there are very few things I find that are not useful. I would say that I wish it had personas attached to each account beyond just the targeted employees. It would be helpful for me if I had additional personas that I could research. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CB Insights solving and how is that benefiting you?

CB Insights is helping me to determine attributes of my competitors as well as my clients/potential clients. In addition to that, it gives me intelligence around the overall market.
