Have a clear understanding of the scope of certifications that you want to apply for. Have an upfront conversation with the consultant to understand the minimum requirements for the certification and determine that your firm meets the criteria, before you launch the application. What problems is Cayenne Consulting solving and how is that benefiting you?

Cayenne Consulting helped me to prepare and submit the applications related to the 8-a Small Business and the Minority owned Business Entity (MBE) certifications. Before hiring them, I had no knowledge of the process. Nancy from Cayenne Consulting walked me through the whole process and also gave me a detailed description of the information that I would need to put together for the application. She helped me compile and submit my applications for both the certifications. She was also helpful in QC'ing the supporting documents for the application.
