What do you like best about Cavisson NetStorm?

Apart from the standard offerings given by other performance testing tools, Cavisson System's NetStorm had the following additional capabilities:

1. Advanced Reporting & Analysis Capabilities enable us to deep dive into issues reported during load tests and identify faulty components.

2. Ability to add complex runlogic and runtime changes to simulate production-like behavior as it is integral for us to create workloads that are similar to the ones witnessed in the production environment.

3. NetStorm has the added benefit of easily integrating with APM products. This helps us extensively in getting a 360-degree view of how our critical applications behave during peak load. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cavisson NetStorm?

What problems is Cavisson NetStorm solving and how is that benefiting you?

Being a major retailer, we had to make sure that our applications were able to handle excessive load. Load testing tools in the market were not able to replicate the complex and varying traffic patterns that we witness and that made it difficult to tune the application in order to remove slowness/issues and provide quality customer experience. This issue was handled with ease using NetStorm and some of the benefits that we saw were:

1. We were able to reduce and/or increase load during runtime to successfully replicate production traffic during production load test.

2. NetStorm has a thorough script manager which enabled us to create patterns matching our peak traffic days like Cyber Monday, Thanksgiving etc.

3. Another feature that stood out was the ability to easily analyze various conditions via the compare feature, which gave us the option to compare within a test run and with different test runs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
