What do you like best about Catchpoint?

The best part about Catchpoint for me is the detailed diagnostics it provides. Instead of just telling me something is wrong, it helps me understand why it’s wrong—whether it’s DNS, routing, or application latency. What do you dislike about Catchpoint?

The only thing I dislike is that Catchpoint has so many features that it takes some time to fully learn and configure. Once you get used to it, though, it becomes very powerful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Catchpoint solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a network engineer, Catchpoint helps me identify and resolve performance issues much faster. It gives visibility not just into our internal applications, but also into external dependencies like DNS, BGP, and CDN providers. Before using it, it was difficult to prove whether a slowdown was caused by our network or by an external service.
