"Clean, Intuitive CRM That Fits How SBDCs Work"

5/5

What do you like best about Catalyzer?

What we like best about Catalyzer is that it feels purpose-built for how SBDCs actually work. The platform is clean, intuitive, and much easier to navigate than legacy CRM systems, which helps reduce friction for advisors and leadership alike.

The new features have been especially valuable for managing client engagement, tracking activity, and improving visibility across programs. It allows our team to spend less time fighting the system and more time focusing on client service, outcomes, and strategic program delivery. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Catalyzer?

There honestly isn’t much we dislike about Catalyzer. As with any new CRM, there is a natural learning curve and a few areas that are still being refined as the platform continues to develop.

Some workflows may take time for teams to fully adjust to, especially for users coming from a legacy system. But that feels more like part of the transition process than a major drawback.

Overall, most of our feedback has been less about dislikes and more about small opportunities to keep improving usability, reporting, and workflow efficiency as Catalyzer continues to grow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Catalyzer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Catalyzer is helping solve one of the biggest challenges for SBDCs: keeping client engagement, program management, reporting, and follow-up work connected in one place.

For us, the biggest benefit is the way Catalyzer is expanding beyond a traditional CRM. The integrations and newer features make it easier to manage more complex programming, especially accelerators and cohort-based initiatives. Instead of tracking applications, communication, participation, homework, advising, and outcomes across several disconnected tools, Catalyzer gives us a clearer path to manage those programs more efficiently.
