What do you like best about Catalyst?

Customer Health Monitoring is the most useful feature, in my opinion, because it helps track usage and understand which key metrics are being used. Keeping track of renewals is also very important, and it makes them much easier to manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Catalyst solving and how is that benefiting you?

I manage over 150 accounts, so being able to track their volume and overall account health, monitor usage, and identify white spaces helps me quickly get a clear gist of the next steps I need to take.
