I love how I can track all of our metrics for all of our shows in one easy place and they make publishing a breeze.But what I love the most, is as someone who's role is tied to revenue, I can check out what organizations are listening to our podcast and then work to build sales momentum within those. The Casted UI is full of features that allow us to promote our podcasts quickly and socially. To use Casted to the fullest extent, we need to build a team internally or hire an external team to fuel our content engine. As a content creator, I love the ability to take long form content and make it digestible for all types of consumption with written and visual aspects. Their automated transcription adds a needed accessibility while also supporting our SEO. I love that when sharing individual clips or sections from a longer form video or podcast, I can cater to my audience. They will receive the clip, the long form video, the other short clips, a transcript, and ways to contact other people while still answering their questions quickly and efficiently. The least helpful part of Casted just comes with the growing pains as a start-up. Sometimes there is something a little off or not working properly and I have to contact their support team. However, they usually are quick to respond and help with the issues! Other than the fact that it is a powerful tool and takes some time to understand how to maximize, most of the tool is pretty intuitive which is helpful even when problems do arise, sometimes it is possible to make a bandaid fix while the issue is with the support team. Casted has made content distribution so easy with the audio/videograms. I'm no longer having to use an assortment of tools to create visually compelling imagery -- and I save so much time. Even better, their managed services are where the money's at. We've developed a great relationship with our contact, who has become an incredibly valuable extension of our team.
