I think Caseware is really terrific for handling technology issues and ensuring compliance when performing audits. It offers both audit software and quality management features, which many of our clients need to finish their audits efficiently. It's great that the platform helps move away from outdated spreadsheets, solving document and quality control issues, and maintaining consistency across audits to make them cleaner and more succinct. I find their forward-thinking approach, especially with new products like Verity, very impressive, as they are looking towards the future of the audit industry, which is crucial for staying competitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Caseware? I don't have anything in particular that I have issues with as far as Caseware. I just think the only recommendation is as you scale, it's really important to maintain relationships and contacts at the customer level beyond just the top tier customers, but across the board so that everybody from top to bottom is having a good experience.
