What do you like best about Caseware?

Caseware Cloud's integration with the AICPA and CPA.com allow me to sleep easy knowing the methodology prescribed in its cloud solutions are consistent with professional standards. The addition of the workflow-integrated AI functionality with Verity appears to be a reliable solution to my team's desire to integrate AI solutions with our day to day auditing as well. What do you dislike about Caseware?

In the last 12 months, my team transitioned from Working Papers to Caseware Cloud. There are certain limitations with the cloud-based solutions that were valuable features in Working Papers. Although CW support is always receptive to recommendations, there is little visibility into which features are being prioritized by their solutions group and timelines on the implementations of those features in the cloud platforms. What problems is Caseware solving and how is that benefiting you?
