"CaseFuze’s Is Full of Thoughtful Features You Did Not Know You Needed"

What do you like best about CaseFuze?

CaseFuze has an update system where staff (e.g., attorneys) can add updates to calendar events. Those updates might be simple notes from a call or hearing, or they can include new court dates and deadlines. The calendar events and their updates are shown together on a single page, which I find incredibly useful. On top of that, there’s also a way to mark an update as complete.

As a case manager at a large law firm, I’m responsible for keeping clients informed about hearings every day. Having this feature available is extremely helpful, and it genuinely makes my day-to-day work much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CaseFuze?

What problems is CaseFuze solving and how is that benefiting you?

It’s a case management system that feels like it was built by someone who has dealt with every aspect of a workflow. I can log leads, convert them into clients, and use interfaces that help staff stay on top of each case. I’ve used other case management systems that are solid, but they’ve lacked some intuitive features for my line of work. CaseFuze, on the other hand, has been great, with many small, thoughtful features I wouldn’t have realized I needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
