## Casebook Reviews
  ### 1. Real-Time, User-Friendly System That Meets Our Needs

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephanie M. | Family Preservation Program Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Casebook?**

I like that it is real-time! I like that I am able to enter information in, and it is user-friendly. Staff was able to learn the system quickly and it meets our current needs.I also like that it was easy to implement with the team; there is always customer support there for us. We use the system daily, and it makes case management easy. This system was easy to integrate, as we were previously using multiple spreadsheets and documents with a lot of double-entry of data.

**What do you dislike about Casebook?**

There is no recovery for lost data or accidental deletion. I also don't particularly like the reporting (spreadsheets are vital and could be improved). More features would make this beneficial for our agency.

**What problems is Casebook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to effectively and more efficiently manage our family preservation cases. We are able to set standards without double-entry of data.

  ### 2. Highly Configurable, Needs Improved Onboarding

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Terry B. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Casebook?**

I like the ability to define the fields in Casebook. That's huge because it allows us to really configure it to our specific needs. The dynamic pages and fields that can be defined by yes, no, multiple choice, and drop-down options really help when trying to keep track of things like social determinants of health. It also allows us to do statistics and analysis based on what we are learning about our participants.

**What do you dislike about Casebook?**

The biggest thing that Casebook could improve is making the note sections speech-to-text. It would make the ease of use much better because it would be so much easier to speak your notes rather than type them, especially on a computer. Also, the initial setup was tedious, as the import function is really complex. We couldn't import our data smoothly and had to manually enter basic participant info. Even a year later we are still entering fine details for cases begun before we initiated casebook.

**What problems is Casebook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Casebook provides one place for the team to work, reducing data entry on multiple spreadsheets. I like the ability to define fields, which lets us configure it to our specific needs, aiding in statistics and analysis based on participant data.

  ### 3. Casebook.... Its a hard Yes for me!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephanie H. | DV Shelter Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 02, 2024

**What do you like best about Casebook?**

I really appreciate the layout of Casebook. As well as the simple and seamless flow when inputting information.
I use Casebook every single day at work. One of the best parts of it all is the customer support. I know when they are going to be out of the office, what the hours of operation are, when they are updating the system etc. I feel like I am part of the Casebook family. I get regular emails inviting me to a webinar when a change or an update has been made. Since I started using Casebook about a year and a half ago, it has only gotten better. I had a rocky start, I am not tech savvy, but with the help of customer service as well as sitting in on the webinars, I have it down! I truly feel so confident in my ability to navigate Casebook that I am now training my staff & coworkers in it. I cannot say enough about how smooth the implementation of our transferring to Casebook has been. Integrating Casebook into our program here at Pinnacle Community services has been one of our best decisions.

**What do you dislike about Casebook?**

As much as I do rave about Casebook and how much it has helped our program at Pinnacle, there are a few things that I would like to see change. When I make a person profile in Casebook everyone else in our program can see and use that same profile which is great. But when it comes to doing an intake profile on that same person nobody else can see it. Everyone in the same program has to make their own intake profile on that same person. I think it wastes time, and it should be optional if you want to make it private. The case is private and in my opinion that is enough. Each case on someone's intake should be kept private but as far as the person and the intake profile, it would be much easier and save a lot of time if those were open to all staff in the same program. The fact that everyone has to make their own case and you can't see anyone else's cases. So, even though we work with the same clients and we are in the same office, we must make our own case and cannot see or add to, each other's.

**What problems is Casebook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Casebook has taken all of our information and moved it to one place. Each program within our company can see who is working with whom and it makes things much smoother. Our old system had our case information everywhere and was just a nightmare to navigate. It shut down on us all the time so we would go days with no access.

**Official Response from Nicole Reece:**

> Thank you so much for your fantastic 5 out of 5 review! We’re thrilled that you find Casebook simple and welcoming, and that the linked information within each person's record works well for you. It’s also great to hear that you’re enjoying reliable access compared to your old system. Thank you again for your support and for being part of the Casebook community!

  ### 4. Two Years In: Casebook Is a Game-Changer for Client Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joanna H. | Life Coach Administration, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Casebook?**

Casebook does it all — Notes, data, reports, and more. Casebook makes data collection and reporting effortless - something we depend on as a non-profit. We're able to customize the templates in order to include the info we need to collect, which means that our client notes and data are more consistent.

**What do you dislike about Casebook?**

Occasionally it can feel click-heavy. Some workflows can require navigating through several screens or dropdown menus to complete a task.

**What problems is Casebook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Casebook solves the problem of scattered, inconsistent client data by providing an all-in-one, user-friendly platform for case management. It allows our team to easily collect, organize, and report on notes, goals, and progress for each life coaching client. This has saved us time, improved documentation accuracy, and made it easier to track outcomes and share updates with supporters of the non-profit—all in one place.

  ### 5. An amazingly organized platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adri M. | Peer Mentor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Casebook?**

Casebook has been an incredible tool for our organization, used daily. Casebook helps us stay organized and effectively support the youth in our community. Our staff can easily access past meeting notes, ensuring each young person in our program receives the resources and support they need.

**What do you dislike about Casebook?**

The interface can occasionally be slow or a bit tricky to navigate, but the Casebook team is responsive and genuinely values our feedback. They take our suggestions and concerns seriously and are committed to improving the platform.

**What problems is Casebook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Casebook helps our organization stay on top of all meetings, incentives, and rewards our young adults have received or are eligible for. It keeps our staff organized when working with each individual, while also helping us operate more efficiently as a team.

  ### 6. A catch-all system that keeps us organized and compliant.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Casebook?**

Casebook is a true catch-all for managing multiple programs, contracts, and funder requirements in one place. We use it daily and currently host over 4,000 client records. Integration was straightforward, but it works best when led by a dedicated data staff member in your agency, which is something we did not have at the time. I like that we can customize services to match each grant's needs. Having case notes, services, and documents together makes audits and monitoring visits much easier. Role-based access keeps client information secure while allowing staff to do their work. The customer support is excellent, and our Customer Success Manager, Nicole Stabler, has been a key partner in helping us think through how we store and build our data systems. Her guidance has made a real difference in how we organize our workflows.

**What do you dislike about Casebook?**

It takes time to set up, and you need someone dedicated to managing the system and making updates. The data and reporting features work well for standard needs, but pulling more complex or specialized information can take extra effort. Some reports require exporting and working outside the system to get the full picture. Navigation can also take a few extra clicks when looking up older records.

**What problems is Casebook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Casebook has given us one central place to track all client information across multiple programs and contracts. Before, data lived in different spreadsheets and systems, making it hard to get a clear picture of services and outcomes. Now, with over 4,000 client records in one platform, we can see a client’s history, services, and progress at a glance. It has helped us see the true cost of service per client and made it possible to start making data-driven decisions for our agency, which in the current nonprofit landscape is key to sustainability. It has also improved our compliance with funder requirements, reduced time spent searching for files, and made audits and monitoring visits smoother.

  ### 7. Surpassed Expectations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Civic & Social Organization | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Casebook?**

Casebook has exceeded our expectations from the start. The purchasing and implementation process was seamless, with exceptional support throughout. Its documentation tools and easy data access have been incredibly valuable—especially for quick turnaround needs. Casebook has played a vital role in developing our Community Advocate Program, and the platform has streamlined my workflow through accurate documentation, timely reminders, and reliable compliance tracking.

**What do you dislike about Casebook?**

Casebook’s high level of customization is both a strength and a challenge—it offers great flexibility, but the many detailed decisions needed to fully build out the program can feel overwhelming. We experienced some calendar integration issues early on, but the support team was quick and responsive in resolving them. We’re also looking forward to Casebook completing the requirements to become CJIS compliant.

**What problems is Casebook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform enhances my work by simplifying caseload management—ensuring accurate documentation, timely task reminders, and effective data tracking and reporting.

  ### 8. Casebook a good platform

  ### 9. Highly recommended

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Casebook?**

Casebook’s intuitive design and robust reporting capabilities make it an essential asset in our efforts to support and rehabilitate youth in the justice system.

**What do you dislike about Casebook?**

There are so information gathered, it just takes time to make it useful in everyday application. It's reporting platform is simple to understand though.

**What problems is Casebook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Casebook data management system has proven to be an invaluable tool for our organization, particularly in providing case management services for youth involved in the juvenile justice system. Its user-friendly interface ensures that users of all technical backgrounds can navigate the application with ease, facilitating efficient documentation of cases—a crucial aspect of our work.

  ### 10. Casebook makes my staffs job easier!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristy B. | Housing Program Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Casebook?**

The best thing about Casebook is having everything at our fingertips. It’s so easy to add another case note and edit anything.
It’s also very customizable depending on your org. The reporting features have made my monthly and quarterly tasks so much quicker.

**What do you dislike about Casebook?**

If I had to pick something, there are a few places it feels redundant as far as entering dates. But that’s truly not that bad.

**What problems is Casebook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Makes it was easier for my staff to write detailed notes about their interactions with clients!

  ### 11. Is a good choice for small and medium organizations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Casebook?**

You can customize almost everything for a better fit to specific needs.

**What do you dislike about Casebook?**

Yes, you can customize a lot of things but sometimes you need to learn before being able to master the platform

**What problems is Casebook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organizing the data, keeping sensible data secure and workflows running properly, making the referral process really easier and keeping records on every interaction

**Official Response from Nicole Reece:**

> Thank you for taking the time to share your experience! We're thrilled that Casebook's customization capabilities are helping your organization organize data, secure sensitive information, and streamline your referral processes. We're always working to improve our onboarding resources and make the platform more intuitive while maintaining the flexibility our users value.

  ### 12. Review

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Human Resources | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 01, 2024

**What do you like best about Casebook?**

What I like best about Casebook is how easy it is to navigate everything. I like that each section can allow you to customize based on your preference.

**What do you dislike about Casebook?**

I dislike that although I am able to cusotmize a lot of what I do to my needs, there are still certain restrictions and modifications that I can't change. I also think the reporting section is a bit confusing and hard to manage. I have to constantly reach out to the help desk to see if they can help me figure my reporting out.

**What problems is Casebook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think Casebook is constantly trying to update their software with new features and it allows for my organization to be able to store more data in one software as opposed to having multiple databases.

**Official Response from Nicole Reece:**

> Thank you for your thoughtful review and for giving Casebook a 4 out of 5! We’re so happy to hear that you find the navigation easy and appreciate the customization options. We are designing our platform to be as intuitive as possible, so your feedback means a lot. Your insights are very helpful to our team.

  ### 13. Casebook is user friendly and fairly easy to navagate.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tayler M. | Direct Support Professional, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 01, 2024

**What do you like best about Casebook?**

I like that each case is seperate and it is hard to get the clients mixed around.

**What do you dislike about Casebook?**

I think it would be good to have the unread notes avaliable for staff to sign off on so each person has to go through each days activies.

**What problems is Casebook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We benefit by having a place to keep all of our client information securely.

**Official Response from Nicole Reece:**

> Thank you for your review and for rating Casebook 4 out of 5! We’re glad to hear that you find the platform user-friendly and that it helps keep cases well-organized. Keeping client information distinct and secure is one of our top priorities.

  ### 14. Casebook, Review

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Civic & Social Organization | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 31, 2023

**What do you like best about Casebook?**

I llike how easy it is to upload documents and that you can go back and edit notes without changing the original date on the notes. It is more user-friendly than other programs I have used.

**What do you dislike about Casebook?**

I don't likle that anyone can edit your notes. I don't like that you cannot seperate notes into different files like court notes coordination notes ETC>>> same problem with uploaded documents which often makes them hard to find as you have to go throu hundreds to find 1.

**What problems is Casebook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There were some issues with the document upload, and the casebook fixed it within a couple of hours. Casebook makes documentation more centralized and has increased productivity and timeliness. Still need to be able to seperate documents under heading like bills, court, personal

**Official Response from Nicole Reece:**

> Thank you for taking the time and sharing your feedback with us! We are thrilled to hear that Casebook has helped you centralize your data to empower you to do more with your time and optimize your client outcomes! Thanks for being a great customer!

  ### 15. Come a long way but still room to grow

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Human Resources | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 01, 2024

**What do you like best about Casebook?**

I appreciate the home page and it's simplicity

**What do you dislike about Casebook?**

Casebook doesn't track the way we need it

**What problems is Casebook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Generally, Casebook is able to hold the information that we need it to.

**Official Response from Nicole Reece:**

> Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and for recognizing the progress we’ve made. We’re glad to hear that you appreciate the simplicity of the homepage and that Casebook is able to store the information you need. Your feedback is incredibly valuable, and we’re committed to growing and evolving the product to better serve you and others.

  ### 16. Acessible

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** bianca c. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2023

**What do you like best about Casebook?**

how it links to my email and i am able to get updates on whatever i need

**What do you dislike about Casebook?**

how it does not back date and shows when the note was created versus when it happened.

**What problems is Casebook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it does not generate an ID number on its own for us to use on our clients.

**Official Response from Nicole Reece:**

> Bianca, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us! We are happy that our email integration feature is helping you to find efficiencies by automatically flagging emails as notes into your cases! Thanks again for being a customer!

  ### 17. Casebook has not only a great platform but the best staff!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Darcy R. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2023

**What do you like best about Casebook?**

The reporting is so wonderful! Also, being able to see organizations we have referred to and how often, what has worked for our clients and not, and how to see how many individuals we are actually serving at a time.

**What do you dislike about Casebook?**

I have not found a downside with Casebook. It is user-friendly, everyone assists me within minutes, and all my questions are answered! The team at Casebook is so friendly and helpful. I love this platform!

**What problems is Casebook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

So far, we have had no problems. Any questions I do have are resolved and answered within minutes! I cannot say how much Casebook has made case management of clients so easy and user-friendly!

**Official Response from Nicole Reece:**

> Darcy, We can't thank you enough for the positive response! Customers like you are why we do what we do.

  ### 18. User Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Casebook?**

What I find to be the most helpful is being able to connect and communicate easily with other organizations that are supporting the same individuals as we are.

**What do you dislike about Casebook?**

There are a few features that I dislike, and those are: If you and another organization(Casebook User) are supporting the same person, you both have to create a case for that person instead of that person being searchable in the system. When adding a provider, once you send the link, they must register themselves as a provider. I think that most organizations are too busy to have to stop to register for the system.

**What problems is Casebook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Casebook solves all our reporting problems and challenges. Having a system that computes the data in multiple ways is an awesome tool that assists our organization with the advantage of obtaining more funding because we can produce the data needed to show who we are serving.

  ### 19. Love the great things I can do on casebook.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zowie P. | Data Reporter/ Office Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 04, 2023

**What do you like best about Casebook?**

I enjoy the reports I can extract from casebook. Our process has slimed and becomes more organized with Casebook's help. If the case managers put in the correct information, I pull that and run a report. It is fantastic.

**What do you dislike about Casebook?**

I do not dislike anything. Casebook is easy to use as well as new user friendly. Their informational articles and zoom training really help me learn all I can about Casebook.

**What problems is Casebook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Casebook is solving the horrendous filing system of complex paper files. I greatly enjoy the wide range of information I am to put on an individual virtually. I can do this from a computer and mobile device. It is great!

**Official Response from Isabella Carroll:**

> Hi Zowie - Thank you for sharing your thoughts about Casebook! We love to hear that reporting is going well for you. Keep up the great stuff!

  ### 20. Police Social Work review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angela K. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2023

**What do you like best about Casebook?**

The ability to customize the templates in order to best collect data for individual agencies with multiple clients.

**What do you dislike about Casebook?**

The only thing I do not like at the moment is the fact that you can not have a list of contacts without them being attached to a report... for example, an address book with all info of each individual client.

**What problems is Casebook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is allowing me to better collect data for the residents that I serve within my community and jurisdiction. It also allows for me to be more organized and focused on having all the details under one system for all of the individuals and families I serve.

**Official Response from Nicole Reece:**

> All of us at Casebook truly appreciate it when a customer takes time to write a great review like this. We're listening to customers like you to make features like this happen and improve our product for all of our customers.

  ### 21. Overall it's worse than Mission Tracker.io for my tasks.

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lukas V. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 14, 2023

**What do you like best about Casebook?**

-Mobile version works quite smoothly on my smartphone

-Searches also find similar results. That helps a lot if I don't know the correct spelling of a client's name.

**What do you dislike about Casebook?**

-Client profile creation takes too long because it takes too many steps, like typing a client's name several times.

-Separation of a client's case and their other profile (which has the summary, identity etc.) It's just inconvenient to use because I have to switch back and forth between both.

- Lists with client's names in cb Reporting are not searchable for client names.

**What problems is Casebook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Creating new profiles for clients
- Recording notes about clients or their corrective actions (like failure to comply, drug use, theft, violence etc.)
- Managing numbered storage bins for clients

**Official Response from Nicole Reece:**

> Thanks for the time to share this feedback with us. I'm glad that Casebook is helping with some of the day to day work you do and that you're able to find and access information easily from wherever you are. We'll share your feedback with Product Development

  ### 22. Casebook is the Best

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daphine J. | Founder/CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 21, 2022

**What do you like best about Casebook?**

I have not wholly entered our data, but so far, it is the best

**What do you dislike about Casebook?**

I do not have anything I dislike! Casebook is the best

**What problems is Casebook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

If we have a problem, Casebook has the best customer service.

  ### 23. Casebook is very user friendly and easy to learn and use.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicole A. | Coordinator Victims Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Casebook?**

I best like that Casebook is an online database, so you can enter information from anywhere. This is very conveienent for supervisors to be able to pull stats on cases.

**What do you dislike about Casebook?**

The multiple windows, for example when adding a case, I have to add in the person involved, it's a whole other window to create a new person. It would be nice if I could add in the new person at the same time, one page of info to enter and be done..

**What problems is Casebook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TIME, the best thing is that Casebook saves me HOURS of time entering information on EXCEL and creating formulas to pull stats. With Casebook, I enter the stats and I am able to pull the information.

**Official Response from Nicole Reece:**

> Thank you for your feedback! We're glad to hear that you find Casebook user-friendly and convenient for accessing information from anywhere. We'll continue to listen to input like yours to keep our product moving in the right direction to support users like you!

  ### 24. Casebook review

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Allie T. | Financial Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2023

**What do you like best about Casebook?**

Casebook is great for linking clients together and adding client notes. Compared to the last database our agency used, the note section ability is much better.

**What do you dislike about Casebook?**

I work for a non-profit agency and due to grant funding we need to be able to pull very specific reports which has been more difficult since switching to Casebook as the reports through the system aren't necessarily set up for what we need for our line of work.

**What problems is Casebook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Casebook is helping our staff to be able to complete documentation on the go as the database is available where ever you are as long as there is an internet connection. This has helped staff be able to get documentation done right away or when working remotely.

**Official Response from Brian Johnson:**

> Thanks for your review! We've created a video training library as well as a certification program that's free for users of Casebook. It can be accessed on-demand, so you can train when it's convenient for you. I'm attaching the website. If you'd like to work with one of our experts instead, we offer various training options and would love to discuss them with you. Please let your Customer Success Manager know or submit a helpdesk ticket from inside Casebook and we'll be in touch.

Thanks for being a customer!

  ### 25. Lots of options

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amanda M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2023

**What do you like best about Casebook?**

I like that I can access all the involvements I've had with individuals in one spot and click on each interaction and see the notes.

**What do you dislike about Casebook?**

When adding a new individual, if it doesn't recognize the name, you have to add it and re-type the name instead of it automatically inputting the name for you

**What problems is Casebook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is keeping my information organized and in one place that is easily accessible for me when I need it in a short time.

**Official Response from Nicole Reece:**

> We're pleased to hear that Casebook is helping you access all your involvements with individuals in one spot. We've noted your feedback!

  ### 26. Casebook has both a wonderful database and support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jill H. | Executive Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 11, 2023

**What do you like best about Casebook?**

Collecting data for our grant reports faster and more accurate.

**What do you dislike about Casebook?**

Like any new system, it took a while to figure everything out, the support and quick responses from support moved it right along.

**What problems is Casebook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adding more Data sets to reporting has really assisting our Data collection.

**Official Response from Brian Johnson:**

> Thank you for your review, we love hearing how our customers are using Casebook to support improved accuracy and efficiency. We're glad you're a customer!

  ### 27. Flexible, Easy to Use Platform Across the Human Services Sector

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Individual & Family Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Casebook?**

Casebook was easy to customize and launch for our firm. The frequent updates, browser-based accessibility on mobile and desktop devices, customizability and native integration of fillable PDF forms all help Casebook stand out. Once deployed, it is easy to access, easy to use and effective. The modules are well-organized and allow us to limit access to only the data necessary for each user to do their job. A SaaS platform should always reduce the stress and increase efficiency of an organization and Casebook helped us accomplish both. Casebook offers MFA and source IP pinning as additional security measures. Their support team is reasonably responsive and communicates well.

**What do you dislike about Casebook?**

Casebook cannot automate expiration/deletion of old closed cases based on set parameters (as of time of writing) and therefore, this must be performed manually.

**What problems is Casebook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Casebook provides a way for us to document and store our case/client information securely in an organized fashion easily accessible to our staff wherever they are, whatever device or operating system they're using. It allows us to track trends in our clients each year with comprehensive, customizable reports, allowing us to make informed decisions about how to best serve them. This helps us ensure we are compliant with all applicable data privacy/security laws and allow us to safely provide our services with ease in an organized, paperless fashion.

  ### 28. Very useful; however, too much cookie cutter information

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jennifer H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2023

**What do you like best about Casebook?**

Great place to store confidential notes for individuals.

**What do you dislike about Casebook?**

I want to title the notes differently and I would prefer if it could be more personalized to relevant demographic info for each particular program. If more blank spaces allowed plain text rather than drop downs, I could put more info in casebook. I can't list where they went to treatment because I'm not going to do drop downs for everything. More blank text fields would be appreciated.

**What problems is Casebook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Confidentiality, record keeping

**Official Response from Nicole Reece:**

> Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. Your feedback will be valuable as we continue to improve Casebook.

  ### 29. Its a great case management system but it does get confusing navigating the different areas.

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vanessa B. | Program coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2022

**What do you like best about Casebook?**

The ability to organize and separate services that we provide.

**What do you dislike about Casebook?**

Sometimes it does not sync to my email. It's easy to create meetings but, I cannot see them

**What problems is Casebook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Some of our issues do not have an immediate response, making it difficult for us to keep our program running. I wish that the responses would be faster so that I could keep my work flow running.

**Official Response from Nicole Reece:**

> I'm really sorry to hear about your negative experience. We're constantly striving to make the experience better for all users. Thank you for sharing your view.

  ### 30. Data base is intuitive and easy to navigate

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ken B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2023

**What do you like best about Casebook?**

The ability to gather data and create reports

**What do you dislike about Casebook?**

The limitations of creating group notes.

**What problems is Casebook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to capture more data than our previous database wich allows us to track services and outcomes

**Official Response from Nicole Reece:**

> Thank you for your positive feedback about Casebook. We're pleased to hear that you find the platform intuitive and that it allows you to gather data and create reports effectively. We also appreciate your input as we strive to improve the user experience.

  ### 31. Casebook review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Human Resources | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2023

**What do you like best about Casebook?**

Casebook is very easy to access and easy to use. Not hard at all to figure out as a first time user. One of the best things is having others on the case load to help.

**What do you dislike about Casebook?**

At this time i have no downsides to using casebook. There is always a solution if the information you are entering is adequate for the program. No improvement needed.

**What problems is Casebook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving managing CPS cases and getting help and resources for mothers. The benefit is the organization.Im very productive.Increased performance.

**Official Response from Nicole Reece:**

> Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback with us. It's nice to hear when we're able to help you gain some extra time, feel in control of your workload and collaborate with your teams to improve outcomes for the people you serve.

  ### 32. User Friendly Case Management Software

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin B. | District Social Worker & Supervisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Casebook?**

The most helpful thing about Casebook is the ease of use and navigation. Creating notes and tracking dates has never been something that professionals like to do but this software makes it as easy as possible.

**What do you dislike about Casebook?**

The import process for transferring our students over into the system was a little difficult, but once it was completed it was well worth having the students auto-populate in the case.

**What problems is Casebook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking cases, services and providing the monthly data for supervisors and grant requirements.

  ### 33. A great software that is flexible, so that they can accommodate any specific services and goals.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael B. | Clinical Coordinator/Social Worker, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 24, 2023

**What do you like best about Casebook?**

Just the ability to constantly change the software to match the needs of the organization. If we change our structure, we can chance Casebook too.

**What do you dislike about Casebook?**

I think some more flexibility in the person profile would be helpful. Even with dynamic pages, there is no editing of the initial information boxes.

**What problems is Casebook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I believe they continue adding features that match the needs of the organizations they work with. The addition of attendance tracking has been great.

**Official Response from Brian Johnson:**

> Thanks for your review. We're thrilled to partner with you and look forward to continually improving Casebook together. Feedback like this helps!

  ### 34. Casebook is a frustrating experience. It's not well thought out. It feels like it's still in beta.

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Arts and Crafts | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2023

**What do you like best about Casebook?**

The linking of service is okay. ........

**What do you dislike about Casebook?**

You cant run demographics on your clients, CB gives you demo on all people in CB. CB reports are gimmicky without providing good feedback. CB engage and cb intake is pointless. They dont speak to each other. Completly confusing

**What problems is Casebook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

attendance. But the running of the attendance report is useless.

**Official Response from Nicole Reece:**

> Hi there,
Thank you for providing us with this feedback. We use input like yours to improve the product for all of our customers.

  ### 35. Casebook Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Individual & Family Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 05, 2023

**What do you like best about Casebook?**

I like how you can add individuals and information about them so that it's easy to access their personal information. Everything is all in one and easy to find when in a rush.

**What do you dislike about Casebook?**

I wish there was a way to notify when Drivers License, insurance, etc are expiring. Instead of just the tasks section. It seems like it's easy to delete stuff too. I wish there was an undo button.

**What problems is Casebook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes everything organized and easy to find. We use it for many, many things. It keeps all of our paper work organized and ready to access when needed. We keep everything in one spot.

**Official Response from Nicole Reece:**

> We're glad to hear that you find Casebook to be organized and easy to access. We appreciate your feedback! Thanks for being a customer!

  ### 36. Very user friendly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robyn W. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2023

**What do you like best about Casebook?**

being able to integrate our intake form from our website directly to creating an intake and then being able to create a case from there

**What do you dislike about Casebook?**

There seems to be a lot of repetitive steps when setting things up

**What problems is Casebook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easier flow for tracking clients from intake to case to graduation and for tracking event clients

**Official Response from Nicole Reece:**

> Thank you! It's great to hear that integrating your website with Casebook is a saving time!

  ### 37. Easy to navigate Case Management System.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kim N. | Program Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Casebook?**

I like the structure it provides. As an Administrator, it is easy to create and assign cases to staff members. It is most beneficial for case noting, which was our primary goal for utilizing Casebook.

**What do you dislike about Casebook?**

I would suggest utilizing their support team for people who aren't as "tech savvy" as others. Some of the different portals can be a bit confusing.

**What problems is Casebook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I believe they are constantly working on their forms process; what would be most beneficial to our program is if the conversion was easy, especially when converting google forms over to their platform.

  ### 38. Casebook Review

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dani G. | Case Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 31, 2023

**What do you like best about Casebook?**

I like that Casebook allows easy access to see your caseload. It's nice that it is simple to transfer client, and gives everyone easy access to see who the client belongs too.

**What do you dislike about Casebook?**

I wish that we wouldn't have to make an individual person profile instead of having to make both a case and a person file.

**What problems is Casebook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving the issue of not having a client history, it is nice that we are able to complete more information about the client to build upon their information.

**Official Response from Nicole Reece:**

> Hi Dani - Thank you for your sharing your review. We created Casebook to enable visual client history tracking over time to demonstrate your efficacy. We're so glad to hear it's making a difference for you.

I have a secure place to store all of my client files.

**Official Response from Isabella Carroll:**

**What do you like best about Casebook?**

I love that the website is easy to use and clean. All the tabs are clear to find and help me stay organized.

**What do you dislike about Casebook?**

It would be nice to sort cases by oldest to newest or alphabetically. It would be nice if each user could set these filters as their preference.

**What problems is Casebook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Casebook our team was using Excel, which was hard to keep track of all the files and co-workers.

**Official Response from Nicole Reece:**

> We're thrilled to hear that Casebook has been helpful for you and your team. Your suggestion about sorting cases is valuable and we will explore ways to incorporate it into our system.

The customer service is great! They are very quick to answer emails and help at the help desk. We also love that they met with us to find out what other features would be helpful for our organization.

**What do you dislike about Casebook?**

We still do not know how to use all of the options, reports, and other features. We needed to do a more extensive training when we signed on, but I believe that was our company's fault as we were in the middle of a huge staffing transition.

**What problems is Casebook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Casebook has allowed us to log travel, case management, and class hours. This has solved the problem of providing information for our granting organizations.

**What do you like best about Casebook?**

The help team is extremely reliable. They're always responsive and take our feedback seriously.

Casebook is not as built out as other software is. From the outside it looks a bit like they're developing the software as it's being released.

**What problems is Casebook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Casebook is the only software that our small organization could afford, and having any software has changed our capacity and organization significantly.

**Official Response from Nicole Reece:**

At this time, I haven't found anything I dislike. Casebook has always been so helpful.

**Recommendations to others considering Casebook:**
