The specialist are accessible...Javier Hernandez was an excellent Implementation Consultant. He helped us through every question or concern we had, and whenever he didn’t immediately have an answer, he made sure to escalate it and follow through. Even with the more unique nuances of our processes, he was able to help us tailor the platform to fit our specific needs.
