What do you like best about Carta Fund ERP?

I would say the connectivity of all of the different aspects of fund administration. That includes closing LPs, managing LP commitments, capital calls, accounting, LP communication, etc. The platform itself is probably the best I've seen.

While this is new and I'm still figuring out the best use cases, I also like that they've included an integration into Claude to help pull data and use for day-to-day research/analysis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Carta Fund ERP?

It can feel like they're running fairly lean when it comes to support. There's been a few times that it can take days to get answers back on fairly simple questions. I like our dedicated team a lot, but it does feel like they're stretched thin. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Carta Fund ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?

I would say that the best benefits are the software/Carta platform. Capital calls that are pretty straight forward take minutes, sending updates to LPs is very simple, reviewing financials includes the supporting documents and vendors for easy tracking, financials are updated essentially in real-time throughout the quarter, and overall fund performance metrics are easy to find.
