What do you like best about Carta Fund ERP?

I like that we have everything in one place, with easy access to documents and useful dashboards. Another highlight for me is the support from the Carta team. And, most importantly for us, we really value all the work they do on the accounting side, preparing the fund financials and coordinating the work with the auditors.

Pricing is a bit steep for a Latam fund because the local options (accountants and administrators).

Intergrations are good but we do not use them very mucho because of how we work

Performance is great, everything is ready when we need and the system is always up

AI could be better, a chat UX would be nice Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Carta Fund ERP?

Mostly price because in Chile fund services are cheaper.

I would also like to be able to set up more automations Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Carta Fund ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main thing Carta solves for us is accounting. Since we’re not based in the US, we aren’t fully familiar with some of the procedures, and having an experienced team like Carta’s has been a big help. The LP-facing reports are also very useful, and they look very professional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
