I like that Carta Equity Suite shows me in one pane how many options I have, how many have vested, and what they’re worth today. I also like the historical log of all my grants, and that my options, their strike prices, and the current FMV are all consolidated in one place so I don’t have to check multiple places. Auth is a pain sometimes. The integration with local government taxes could be improved, and Carta Equity Suite doesn’t currently tell me how much tax I have to pay. The initial setup was decent, but it could be better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
