What do you like best about Carsforsale.com?

The website for CarsForSale (CFS) is easy to use and has a straightforward design. This really helps, as more often than not, I don't have to worry about spending excessive time when I'm sorting through options through the directory. You can search for all the various options on the market with ease and get a proper breakdown of the car and its competitive prices. It's also quite easy to list a vehicle to the directory. What do you dislike about Carsforsale.com?

There's nothing I can think of regarding any pitfalls for CFS; there is barely anything to dislike. Maybe a more modern approach to design for the official website may attract a more diverse audience, but for me I still feel it's pretty good overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Carsforsale.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

I used Carsforsale.com to narrow down which vehicle I should get as my daily drive. I educated myself through the options provided near my area and approached a seller through the website before making a deal. It was a straightforward and hassle-free process. carsforsale is very effective and simple to use. been with them for a very long time and couldnt be more happy. the staff is very helpful with anything you need and website changes. the owner of our dealership isnt the best with computers and he can operate the system well and easy. everything is smooth and easy. professional website that our customers love. i wouldnt say there is much that i dislike... from time to time our inventory has gotten hacked. that is not carsforsales fault though and they do their best effort to prevent that from happening. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Carsforsale.com?

The Facebook Marketplace integration has been CRITICAL for our business. It's fully automated, so we don't have to do ANYTHING and our entire inventory is on Facebook. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Carsforsale.com?

The functionality is limited, and the interface is clunky. We literally ONLY use it to pull our data from our real DMS and feed it to Facebook, and nothing else because nothing else about it is better than a real DMS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For certain tasks (like assigning salespeople or locating applications) there are a LOT of "clicks." This can be frustrating for advanced users and a barrier for novice users. Also, credit applications completed on a mobile device do not come through and a new application must be completed. Fortunately, we are still notified. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
