"A Cariboutiful Platform Built For the Future"

What do you like best about Caribou?

The people at Caribou are head and shoulders above anyone you will meet in this industry. Unrelentingly helpful, responsive, creative and knowledgeable. They have an EXTREMELY versatile team with highly diverse skillsets so that the partnership is truly comprehensive and holistic. That's to say nothing of their products; which are a direct extension of the quality of their people! Their UI/UX is unrivalved in my experience and is engaged with by myriad position types from Executive-level to our Caregivers. In a nutshell, there is nothing in Caribou's toolbox that I'd point to as being less than stellar Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Caribou?

Having met the team on multiple off-site working sessions, my main dislike is that I don't work in closer physical proximity to the team. We have accomplished monumentally difficult and cool things via remote-work. However, the amount we were able to accomplish face-to-face was transformative and a milestone in my working relationship with a vendor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Caribou solving and how is that benefiting you?

Caribou is assisting with recognizing and rewarding our Caregivers, enabling bespoke staffing, helping give autonomy to our employees and changing our approach to our culture from hire through the entire tenure of a Caregiver. And that is only what we have targeted so far! In the years to come, this list will grow exponentially to include further drivers of retention, recruitment and analysis Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
