What do you like best about Cargobase?

It is very user-friendly. We were able to implement the system quickly with minimal issues, and they continue to enhance the platform based on our needs. We also have a dedicated account manager whom we meet with weekly; they listen to any issues we’re having and are able to find solutions very quickly. What do you dislike about Cargobase?

We receive a lot of emails tied to user comments on our shipments, and it can take a significant amount of time to sort through them. They’re currently working on an enhancement that will let us view those comments more easily within the platform, so we can eventually turn off the email notifications. What problems is Cargobase solving and how is that benefiting you?

We get end-to-end visibility for our air shipments, including the ability to track parcels and our air prepaid shipments. I also like being able to quote within one platform, upload customs documents, and keep everything in one place. It’s helpful to pull data and confirm whether our weight breaks are correct, so we aren’t spending more than we need to on shipments. Another benefit is the ability to communicate with both internal teams and external partners within the same platform, which improves visibility into where shipments are in the life cycle.
