"Cargo Chief Capacity Procurement"

5/5

What do you like best about Cargo Chief C4?

I like the user interface and how easy it is to navigate the website. I can quickly jump into a quote right away, and when I need to dig into rfq's or other more detailed work it's simple to move to those sections. We have seen that their rating data is highly accurate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cargo Chief C4?

Nothing that we have outright disliked about Cargo Chief yet. The setup and integration went smoothly. The only thing we could nit-pick is possibly data accuracy. They do a good job, but of course in today's world data ages extremely quickly so I anticipate this could be an issue in the future if there isn't a heavy focus on data sifting frequently. What problems is Cargo Chief C4 solving and how is that benefiting you?

Cargo chief brings in new options for carriers who may not yet be in our network. They will also hold your historical data to help streamline your carrier selection in order to build relationships with the same carriers you use frequently and save money instead of having to go to the spot market everytime.
