I use Caretta on the Cawra website, and what I like most is that it can answer visitors’ questions about the content on the site, including our programs and written materials. Visitors can quickly find the information they need without leaving the website or searching elsewhere. I’m very happy with how easy and useful it makes the experience for our visitors.
