What do you like best about Caremerge?

Very easy learning curve. The interface is easy to understand and visually simple. We're able to easily access contact information, email notices out, and promote our monthly events calendar while monitoring attendance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Caremerge?

Like any platform, it has its limitations. The one thing that is very inconvenient is how quickly it times you out if inactive, and the inability to manipulate those settings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Caremerge solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's a great way to organize and promote upcoming events, and to manage RSVPs when we have a cap to how many can attend, including a waitlist feature. It's also easy to take attendance at events and that helps us gauge what types of events our residents most enjoy, so we can plan more of that type of programming.
