What do you like best about CareKudos?

The platform is incredibly intuitive. Our care workers can share an achievement in under 30 seconds. They simply write their win, tap a value like "Compassion" or "Teamwork," select a descriptor from a pre-loaded dropdown, and post. The mobile app is clean, modern, and genuinely enjoyable to use. It does not feel like a compliance tool. It feels like an app our staff want to open.

AI / Intelligence

The AI engine is the standout feature. It helps staff align their posts with our organisational values and suggests the most relevant descriptors. This means every post contributes to our culture measurement and CQC evidence, without adding any extra admin burden for our team. AI Descriptor Suggestions

What problems is CareKudos solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before CareKudos, we struggled with several compliance and culture challenges.
