What do you like best about CareerFairy?

I particularly like two aspects:

- The amount of direct physical time saved travelling to source universities and organized campus recruitments.

- Two the student database to recruit from, has multiplied by 5x. There are more choices by investing less time.

- We are using it quite frequently, as we are on pilot testing.

- We were able to seamlessly use once we got a hold of the portal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CareerFairy?

There is no particular dislike, however:

- Spending time and resources on proper content to engage students.

- Only if a company is proactive or active, will this platform succeed in connecting and attracting the right talent. So this must be kept in mind. The system must be manually churned to make it work in auto mode in the long term.

- It needs some time to get hold of the portal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
