What do you like best about Career Vault?

I like the fact that Career Vault gives job seekers one place to search for remote job postings so scouring individual corporate sites and job-seeker services to find a variety of open positions is no longer required. From an organization's point of view it's nice to know that open position posts are available to a large audience in one place instead of having to cross my fingers that I am posting in the right places. What do you dislike about Career Vault?

Additional filtering would be nice, but it's not exactly necessary. My needs are niche but the site does its job well, so nothing much to dislike about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Career Vault solving and how is that benefiting you?

With the challenges introduced by the pandemic, it's incredibly beneficial to have a site like Career Vault that makes finding remote work in a climate that makes working remotely a necessity. It significantly reduces the amount of time spent searching for different websites since the postings are all aggregated to one location.

As an organization looking for remote workers it is a great tool for getting your open positions to a larger group of job-seekers instead of relying on the success/popularity of several different sites. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
