What do you like best about Cardly?

I use Cardly to send birthday cards to my gym members every month, and it has been one of the better decisions I've made for client retention.

The handwriting options are what sold me first. They look genuinely real, and one of the styles is close enough to my own that I had to do a double take. When I received my sample card, the paper quality, the printing, and the overall presentation were better than I expected. I felt confident sending those out with my name attached.

The platform is straightforward, the design options are solid, and the pricing model makes sense. You pay for what you send. No packages, no monthly fees, no commitment. That alone puts it ahead of the other services I looked at. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cardly?

I did share some feedback about website navigation with the team. The CEO personally sent me a video walkthrough the next day and passed my notes to their development staff. That kind of responsiveness from a founder is rare. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
