The customer service from my rep, Dan, have been wonderful! He returned my call, and has been helpful resolving any issues or concerns. The app is easy to use and was I use it daily. For lack of better words, it sometimes freezes up and moves very slowly. The 360 feature seems to use a considerable amount of memory, and at times seems to be trying to play catch-up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
