What do you like best about Captiwate?

What I like most about Captiwate is how it turns passive website traffic into real time conversations. The video element makes interactions feel much more human and engaging compared to traditional forms, and the ability to jump straight into a live call removes a lot of friction in the buying process. What problems is Captiwate solving and how is that benefiting you?

Captiwate solves the problem of high intent visitors dropping off before converting. Traditionally, a lot of that traffic ends up filling out forms or not engaging at all, which slows down the sales process and reduces conversion rates.

With Captiwate, we’re able to engage those visitors in real time through video and live calls, which makes the interaction feel more personal and immediate. That’s led to faster conversations, better qualified leads, and ultimately a shorter sales cycle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
