What do you like best about Captain Compliance?

For me, the strongest aspect is how it handles cookie consent messaging together with the necessary legal disclaimers. The experience feels straightforward and clear and the CDN caching helps those notices load quickly, even when users are browsing from different locations. What do you dislike about Captain Compliance?

The onboarding pop-ups are probably the weakest part of the experience. They are fine when someone is new to the platform, but they lose their value once the basics are familiar. I would rather have a global option for administrators to switch them off for everyone instead of dealing with the prompts profile by profile. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Captain Compliance solving and how is that benefiting you?

It takes away some of the hassle involved in managing privacy notices and consent-related communication. Cookie consent messaging and legal disclaimers can be presented through a consistent process, while the caching layer helps with fast delivery.
