"Zero-copy privacy setup that actually keeps our AWS costs in check"

4.5/5

What do you like best about Captain Compliance?

Hands down, the zero-copy architecture implementation has saved us major engineering headaches. We no longer have to keep spinning up temporary data vaults or managing redundant database file duplications every time an audit comes around. Everything runs right where the files live, which keeps our cloud costs predictable and lets our devs focus on real feature work instead of getting stuck in endless data hygiene. What do you dislike about Captain Compliance?

Draft exports carry a watermark text overlay that sits weirdly across background elements. Because the transparent layer stays visible over key charts and inline notes, scanning unapproved compliance summaries during internal catchups gets pretty annoying. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Captain Compliance solving and how is that benefiting you?

Handling cross-border deletion requests used to mean wrestling with massive data pipelines and steep cloud storage bills. Now we can query records natively without forcing file copies into external vaults, which has cut our response times in half and stopped us from burning budget on redundant infrastructure. Our legal team gets instant visibility into what they need, and our developers barely have to get involved with routine compliance tickets anymore. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
