What do you like best about Captain Compliance?

The webhook engine keeps connections open even when my site gets flooded with traffic. During high-volume surges, event delivery stays stable without dropping packets. I used to waste hours dealing with lost logs, but this tool handles heavy server loads without hiccuping. What do you dislike about Captain Compliance?

My biggest issue is with the audit report filter. Searching by user ID requires a complete, exact match every time. I really wish I could search with partial strings because guessing or copying full IDs wastes time when I need to check something fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Captain Compliance solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using this platform, I kept running into dropped webhook connections whenever my site traffic spiked, which messed up my compliance logs. The system fixed that completely by keeping every connection stable no matter how heavy the traffic gets.
