What do you like best about Capsule CRM?

The flexibility of the system. the fact that I can manipulate the many firleds and ways that it works so that I can use it close to the way that I like to work, and that I can make it fit my business, rather than trying to make my business fit into it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Capsule CRM?

The new Free package seems to have limited its flexibility to customise the milestones. I have started a second system for another business and only need the free version for now. However I plan to upgrade one of my systems, Probably my primary system and have both companies using the same Capsule CRM as it is flexible enough to do that. What problems is Capsule CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solved my lack of focus... I can do what I need to do, and when I come back to it in a few days, I know exactly what to do next. No more needing to write notes on a list, no more trying to remember. Even if I do stuff and forget to populate Capsule CRM, it's easy to return to it and update what has been done and get back on track. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
